If you are eligible for Medi-Cal, you may sign up any time (even after Covered California open enrollment ends) and you may choose your physicians from Roots Community Health Alliance.
To get enrolled, make an appointment with a Certified Enrollment Counselor at Roots Community Health Center. Once you are signed up, you can make an appointment to see any physician in Roots Community Health Alliance.
Choosing a Roots Community Health Alliance doctor gives you access to:
- Appointments when you need them
- Doctors and staff who speak your language
- A network of primary care doctors and specialists in your neighborhood
- Doctors who are highly recommended by their patients
